Our Culture
As an independent agency, Phlume MEDIA delivers flexible, focused attention to it’s clients. Our innovative strategies aren’t lost in a sea of team members or layers of review phases. We work hard to be available and ready to work with our clients when the need us.
What this means for our staff is they have to be nimble, flexible, multi-faceted and ready to shift gears at any given time to work on what is needed for our clients.
It isn’t easy. Not everyone is up for the challenge.
However, those that are up for the challenge, have the opportunity to work for a very dynamic and high-energy design & marketing agency. Although those categories label the types of roles within the organization, most team members play a critical part in all aspects of the completion of projects. We work closely with one another, sharing ideas, providing feedback, and brainstorming solutions to help make the best possible production we can.
